Get creative this National Marine Week!
The North West Wildlife Trusts Beached Art sand sculpture competition is back again!
This year we have Beached Art competitions happening at SeaFest at St Bees (Cumbria) and at St Annes (Lancashire) but don't worry - if you can't attend those events you can still enter! All you need to do is head to your local beach (or even a sand pit in your garden), get creative and send us a picture of your #BeachedArt creations. So grab your bucket and spade, and get ready to have fun in the sun (not guaranteed), sea and sand!
The prizes
The winners – as judged by our independent panel – will receive:
1st Prize - "Canoe the view for 2" on Derwentwater with Keswick Canoe & Bushcraft
2nd Prize - "A day on the Launch" - family ticket to Coniston Launch for the 2021 season
3rd Prize - My Local Catch goodie bag with our brand new sustainable tote bags
